We took an existing 1940s house, located in a mixed commercial and residential neighborhood, and remodeled it as a restaurant.  To keep construction costs to a minimum we modified very little of the existing building and added on only where necessary.  We used a mix of cost effective residential and low maintenance commercial exterior materials to blend in with the neighborhood.
